Out of the ones available in BG3, I'd say Devotion and Ancients would for sure smite it. A chaotic good vengeance pally might utilize it as a tool to smite their enemies. You don't need to side with the Goblins to free Sazza. You can just use her to infiltrate the Goblin Camp and then kill the 3 Leaders once within. That doesn't need to break your Oath either, assuming you use one of your Companions to talk to Sazza. I've heard if you let them kill her then open the cage, it will break your oath.
