I am doing the quest “Revealing The Unseen”, and I’m trying to Focus the Oculory, I can move the beams of light just fine, got them into the right position, went to go move those rings around. I clicked the button. Nothing happened. Okay, maybe there’s like a limited number of clicks and I can’t move it when the beams are in position.I discovered your post, then found the actual way to solve it. You don't just freeze it and expect it to line up. If you go to far, you'll have to heat it to repoint the lenses. Heat and/or freeze just as far as you need to point the lights at the rings, not all the way. Then spin the rings to put the lenses into the light. Yeah thing is the ... ….

For those that other fixes don't work for. Now, I will say that sometimes loading up a save that the effect may come back as it has happened to me, but this fix is an easy one to remember.
