Pure Int weapons are a little hard to come by. Dark Moon GS and Helphen's Steeple are both great mainly Int scaling GS's. You can basically just have the required Str/Dex to wield them and funnel everything else into Int and they'll scale extremely well. STR/INT is one of my fave ER builds now. Heavy weapons with cold affinity were still hitting in the upwards of 800 AR with over 120 cold buildup which then just makes you hit so much harder after that frost proc. But STR/FTH will have way more buff/weapon imbue options and flame art weapons combined with Flame, Grant me Strength is just nasty.

However, the weapon is finnicky: cold weapons tend to retain their original pre-infuse scaling better than they do int, so if you infuse a club with Cold, it stays a strength weapon moreso than an int weapon. -For pure Somber magic weapons, the Darkmoon Greatsword comes highly recommend for its all-int scaling and benefits from recent buffs.
